All offers we receive on your property will be discussed personally with you and confirmed in writing. Negotiations, on your behalf, will be handled by our experienced and skilled team. We will advise you on the quality of an offer, verifying chain details and financial arrangements of the potential buyer. Upon an offer being accepted we will instruct relevant solicitors/conveyancers to start the legal process straight away.
